You can feel very confident, safe, and secure aboard all of Captain Satch and Son's vessels. Captain Satch has been taking guests fishing for over 35 years. Including 10 years fishing the bayous of Southern Louisiana followed by over twenty five years in the Gulf of Maine

Our two-hour trip offers your family a truly unique experience. You will board the 21 ft Gloria May where we'll teach a crash course in" Fishing 101", then do our best to catch the kids a few sea trout, lady fish, red fish and snappers. Our experienced USCG licensed captain will help you spot dolphins, manatees, alligators, pelicans and other shorebirds as we cruise the Peace River estuary system. We even pull a blue crab trap or two to see what's inside! A licensed USCG captain and mate will be on hand and happy to help and guide you with the fishing equipment needed to thoroughly enjoy your trip

                                            We provide quality tackle, all lures, bait, flies,and all state required licenses at no extra cost to our guests.

   We also actively engage in conservation practices to help promote the fishery for our grand kids. We encourage the release of fish, in fact more than 50% of fish landed are released unharmed.  Of course all legal fish that you choose to keep are filleted as part of our service to you.

 Laishley Park, 120 Laishley Court, Right on E. Retta Blvd,  it's the last right before the Rt 41 bridge northbound to Port Charlotte. Free parking, easy access and easy to find!


For your added convenience, we'll be glad to pick up your party at your R/V parks or condo's dock as long as it's located on the Peace River estuary.
